Sersano was established on the belief that health goes beyond the absence of disease in the body, and that true wellness incorporates the emotional, mental and physical aspects of the whole person. Awareness training builds the foundation leading to the success of any wellness initiative. Practicing mind/body awareness releases the tensions and stressors of everyday situations and confrontations.     Jenny Gumm

    With over 20 years experience in Fortune 500 Organizations, Jenny's career has run the gamut from Finance to Human Resources. Much of her time was spent leading large, complex projects and multiple departments. In recent years, she has focused on team-building and coaching as ways to increase organizational and personal performance, and has the unique perspective of the challenges employees experience at all levels of the organization. A long time runner, Jenny came to yoga as a way to increase her flexibility, but found that the benefits of the mind body connection she experienced were unique compared to her other exercise experiences.

     

    As a life long learner Jenny has continued to increase her knowledge and is currently working on completing her Ed.D. Her focus of study includes bringing a daily 15 minute awareness training program to employees as part of their workday. Her goal is to bring awareness training to your organization as a unique way of enhancing both the employee and the organizations overall well-being and effectiveness, while decreasing stress and anxiety that often contributes to health related issues.

     

    Warren Lange

    Sharing his personal experience with individuals and organizations, Warren teaches awareness training and yoga by integrating Eastern philosophy into Western culture. Warren has the ability to provide a safe, learning experience specific to individuals in a private setting or group program. While Warren typically blends a sequence of Hatha Yoga postures promoting breath awareness, balance, deep relaxation and self-healing, he is also highly trained in Vipassana meditation and integrates Anapanasati (awareness of in and out breathing) into his instruction. As a former competitive bodybuilder, powerlifter and National Physique Judge, Warren has seen how daily mindfulness practice can be a great contributor to physical fitness, nutrition, and wellness.

     

    With more than 20 years of experience working with C-Suite clients in small to medium-sized businesses as an executive, entrepreneur, and consultant, Warren is comfortable explaining in detail the value of wellness in the workplace and looks forward to sharing his knowledge of mindfulness benefits with you.
